- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Every time I go inside I have a great experience. Every time I have called on the phone, super snotty. Just trying to get the amount my plates will be since we moved and I didn't get anything in the mail. The lady on the phone was rude, couldn't find my plates after I told her 3 times, then proceeded to try find it other places, she then said we don't have plates that start with e and I told her the plate number again and said it starts with a u and she's like "well I repeated it to you 3 times", and then she found it, she had it wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that I was "upset with her" which I wasn't I was scared that she couldn't find the plates! And then told me the total and then I said ok thanks and she said thanks and hung up. I have always had a great experience there but that experience over the phone was terrible.By Amber Messier, September 22, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆How is it possible for the computers to be down ALL DAY starting at 7:30am all over Nebraska. Wow we do a horrible job at our DMV'S. First of the month on a Friday, Labor day weekend. Good Job Nebraska.By Danielle Jondle, November 17, 2016
