  I received hundreds of calls from Gateway Mortgage in the recent several months. Never give them your phone number, it is totally a nightmare. I have to consider to change my phone number.

  Nobody works harder for you... Kent and the entire team know this business inside and out and will work for you as hard as possible, not only to know you as a customer but your needs and help you understand the mortgage process... I could not be more pleased with their service after writing multiple loans with Kent and team over several years!

  Gateway Mortgage Group does not care about the consumer. I pay my mortgage online every month and I ALWAYS pay before the 15th. They now charge a $3.50 fee to pay with your bank account online because they wanted to give the ability to use debit cards (it's a $10.00 fee, who the heck is going to use that???). We now have to mail a check, sign up for autopay, or pay the $3.50. The guy over the phone wasn't helpful and I explained that I'm never late and there's never a returned payment. But that's ONLY because I have the option of paying online and setting my own date. These guys essentially made it inconvenient for the convenience of using debit cards.
