- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I used to come here for free shredding up to 5 lbs and any other shipping needs but the free shredding up to 5lbs is what had attracted me as a customer. Well apparently they don't do that anymore (as of 2 months ago, I was told), and not only that, they charge you for the weight of the container you bring it in as well- and they didn't mention any of that before purchase.
