- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Ron was very diligent help me greatly today. First he listened intently as I told him my circumstance- my package had been confirmed "Delivered" but it was neither in my mailbox or on my porch. He called the driver and had them go back and check, and discovered that they had put my order in the wrong mailbox. He then called me back and informed me the issue had been corrected.
