- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆They built a new home for me. Overall it is a very nice house. I can not give Celebrity Homes a 5 star rating because promised post sale customer service was terrible. Their service representative promised to fix several defects. Later two things happened: 1). Either management denied that the items were covered, or 2). The repair companies would not show up. 5 out of 25 builder defects were addressed. All my neighbors shared similar disappoint over their new home builder's lack of support. Basically once they close escrow and have your money, they lack customer service. So beware, good home, you get to pay for any lousy workmanship.By Fred Becker, May 15, 2017
