- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had the worst experience ever with this branch. My account was closed due to fraud(thank goodness). So I was told to open a new one. So I did. Ever since them its been pure hell. My account as been closed in error twice. My account has been placed on hold 5 times WITHOUT notification, and every time I call the branch tells me I have to speak with a manager who is never there. Yesterday this happened to me AGAIN, I have 700.00 in my account and my card was declined while out to eat with family.EMBARRASSING. So I called the branch again. Dillon, the rudest person ever, told me there was nothing he could, do a manager who yet again was unavailable would have to remove a hold. A hold that nobody could tell me why happened and NEVER notified me of it happening. When I told him I was going to close my account the said OK, see you tomorrow. Their customer service is awful, and Dillon was not only rude but heartless. Never once did I get an apology for anything. Going down to close my accounts now.
