  I have called 10 times and left 2 messages with the manager and it has been 4 hours and no one has returned my call. This is a problem for this branch. Maybe if their CEO's were not so greedy they could hire more employees to service the customers and increase satisfaction but they wont they will only yell at the overworked $13.00 hr TM and blame them for not working hard enough..Thanks WELLS FARGO!!!!

  Absolute best customer service. Guadalupe and Nikki were incredibly welcoming. Very different than other banking experiences.

  I just had a terrible experience at the wells Fargo located 10010 Regency Cir, Omaha, NE 68114. With Tony Dellacqua last night Wells Fargo called me when I was trying to get gas to tell me that there may be fraud on my account thinking someone duplicated my card and was using it in Arizona when I went to the store the guy actually acted as if he's never heard of anyone duplicating a card and that that's not possible I work in customer service so I know fraud can sometimes happen that way I have never been to Arizona a day in my life so I know for sure that it has to be possible ive never given anyone my debit card which he asked me over and over he basically gave me a temporary card with my remaining balance on it and said I needed to wait 7 to 10 business days to get the rest of the money only if fraud decides it's an issue. Which doesn't reassure me I'm being taken care of. He was completely eating a whole cup of ice and not paying attention to anything I had to say the entire time I was there let's not mention the fact that when I walked through the door there was no one there to greet me like there normally is I've had great experiences at this branch before so this is why I went to the same one I'm really disappointed in the service I received I'm not sure if it's cause I have braids and hoop earrings or what the problem is. Maybe it's some stuff I don't understand about this whole process but he def wasn't interested in explaining it to me

  Wells Fargo has always been great to me on every level - 15 years going strong. Always consider the source when reading a review online, the negative review is all too often a negative reflection of the person posting the review than it is the business. It's easier to be negative in life than it is to be positive.

  Every single opportunity i have given this bank to help me, has proven to me that i made the right choice to move my assets to WFB. Awesome customer service.
